


Hot/Cold Heart Rice Bag

For warm use: Heat the pillow in the microwave for an initial 30 seconds, shake and check the temperature. If not hot enough, heat an additional 15 seconds and check again. Add 15 seconds at a time to get the pillow to the heat level desired. CAUTION: Pillows can get extremely hot in high heat and can burn the skin and eyes. Be sure NOT TO OVERHEAT it before use. Test heat level indirectly first before placing on skin and eyes.
For desired cold therapy simply place the pad in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use. This is a great less harsh version of an ice pack.
